Study n  sleep

Aha …what a thoughts? Ok. ….get awake 2 read plz….Sleep is an important part of our life. We should take sleep minimum of 5 hours daily.But it becomes a crisis when we fell sleep during study …..

I remember an sms reminding the same situation ….

“whenever I try to fell in love with my books ,…my bed fell in love with me”

So here r some fundas tht u should try to avoid sleep …

Take rest ---- WHT>>>>> jagne ka idea de rahi ho ya sone ka … I knw . But thts true …sometimes we r really tired. So take an hour sleep so tht u can study with fresh mind. Bcz my funda is
“Rest is the best preparation 4 studies”

Bt still overdose to kisi bhi chij ki hanikarak hi hoti hai ,…isliye kahin rest hi mat karte rehna …Jago students jago

Do something energetic------Oh plzzzz…if u don’t need sleep then don’t na ….dont even try to take a nap …warna 5 min nap wil turn into an hour. So b  smart …do something energetic  Come 2 d music plz ….

Take a walk …or even listen to guitar ..do whatever u want………for five minutes only haan …bcz baad bhi padna bhi hai.

Brk-----Actually when we study …we sometimes get so dissolved in studies tht we forget 2 realise tht we r jst forcing ourself for studies …It’s a Big NO NO !!!!

Stop ur studies after 45 minutes …bcz our mind also need a break 2 retain all this .

Change d topic----when  u r unable to understand something ,..then y need to bother too much about learning the same

 My piece of advise will b change d topic ..bcz it wil fresh d mind n give d spirits of reading again wisely.

Eye care----- Yes !!!!This is an important thing. If ur eyes r tired then u wil obviously feel sleepy. …n then washing ur eyes every hour even won wrk …

so its better to take care of your eyes. N use  eye drop …n also specs if needed.

Sitting position-----That is also main thing.when we study on bed while lying …to son eke liye kitni der lagti hai we all knw…So If u cant stay away frm ur bed for studying then its better to change ur position every time on getting a single sign of nap …..even yawning.

Drink something ,…. water , coffee, tea etc to wake u up….n also don’t overeat also.

 

To conclude each n every thing …

 

Alarm----Huh …wht a boring idea ,..i hav tried it too much …bt I close my alarm by myself …” who said u to set alarm by urself ….say it to ur gf/bf/family member / friend any 1….n yes tell them I need to study…so plz wake me up. 1000 % ki guarantee hai ki wo jab tak jaga nahi denge chain se nahi baithenge n also 15 min ke baad crosscheck zarroor karenge ki aap padai kar rahe ho ya nahi …

Chain se sona hai to jag jao

Arise, Awake n stop not till goal is achieved.
