Study material and practice manuals for ca final may 2018

Can any body inform as to when will the study materials and practice manuals for ca final (May 2018) will be made available by the Institute.  Some people say in Sep, 2017. If so there will not be much time for preparation under new syllabus. Can any one please share your views / news about this.

for tax, around oct-nov. for other subjects, if we follow the 2017 trend, the jan 17 editions will be applicable for may 2018. but the pr manual is expected in jan 18 only.

for new syllabus they will roll out soon so as to provide for the registrations from july.

is there any notifications from ICAI regarding the distribution of Study materials as per new scheme??
