i just join these club.could u people sujjest me abt. how to read c.a final corporate law. can i go for any tution? is it needed??plz. reply. :)[/b]

it is better to have a tuition for Coporate law for better interpretation of the ACTs

Hi Dear,

There is no need to take tension,you can purchase a law book written by CA. Munish Bhandari.
It is written in a Columer form that will be benificial for you to understading the Law.
