New Delhi. The Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that any candidate the right to information (RTI) can see the answer. The court, after evaluation under the RTI answer "information" comes within the definition.
Bench of Justice RV Raveendran and AK Patnaik on Tuesday CBSE, West Bengal Senkenderi Board of Education, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, West Bengal Council of Higher Education, Calcutta University and Institute of Chartered Accountants which he dismissed the application of Calcutta High 5 February, 2009 an order was challenged.
Some students in the High Court order was allowed to see Uttrpustikaan. Finally, the court ordered that the High Court agreed with the order. Court to answer the test-taking institutions, the student can not be denied. Assam, Bihar Public Service Commission Public Service Commission and was opposed to show the answer.
