Can a company be struck off if, it did not even open its bank account within one year of its incorporation and did not make any significant accounting transactions??
Is there any liablity on the part of company for income tax??

yes it is a non complaince of companies act and may attract penalties too

YES AS THERE IS NO BANK ACCOUNT AND IMPLIES NO TRANSACTION AS WELL
SO ROC MAY STICK - OFF BUT AFTER GIVING PRIOR NOTICE
