A Company which is incorporated on 29/09/2015 have not filed its annal return and financial statement for FY 2015-16 and 2016-17 and it has been inoperative since it's incorporate and didn't make any significant accounting transactions.
So, Can this Company make an application u/s 248(2) on the ground mentioned u/s 248(1) for striking off its name.
