Hi,
we have made application for striking of name of company under section 560 of the companies act 1956.
what is the next step ?.
will i be getting any confirmation regarding the same in hard copy like closure certificate ?.
It is been one year since the application is made and the company status is still active.

If you have applied for striking off, then first you have check the status of the form. There may be some objections at roc's end and they may require some clarification. In that case you have to clear those clarifications. If your form is fine in all respects, then after one month of filing, it is processed. In processing it takes almost 15-30 days. If roc is satisfied that all the detail mentioned by you is ok then it issues a Notice u/s 560(2). After one month of issue of this certificate one more Notice is issued u/s 560(3).
These notices are sent by roc on your email which you mentioned in the form. In your case, either your form is under clarificable mode or it may be rejected because you didn answered the querry raised by roc in required time
