Hello experts...
There is a company which has not done any annual filing since incorporation in 2013. now company is going for strike off u/s 248 (2).
My questions are-
whether it can go for strike off without making pending annual filings?
Also what to show in statement of accounts. It does not have any assets and liabilities. just share capital and last year loss is there.

yes the company can go for voluntary strike off even if it has not done annual filing
