STRICK OFF NOTICE BY ROC

Dear Sirs,

One pvt. co. which was incorporated in 2003 has not started any activity and now the directors are interested to shut the company. Before the co. start the procedure for winding up u/s 560, ROC has issued notice for strick off the name of the company because the co. has not made any audit, held AGM, nor made filing with ROC.

Now what the co. should do ? what will be the responsiblity if the directors give concent to ROC for strick off the name of co. from ROC list.

Kindly inform us as soon as possible
