Hello, My Company is setting up Multi-speciality hospital in India with an In-house pharmacy. Now should we open a separate company for pharmacy business or take drug license in the name of hospital. Cons in opening separate company is loosing set off of losses available in hospital company, as pharmacy will start profit generation from day 1. Other than this cons what are other pros & cons in opening separate entity for pharmacy? Appreciate if experts can comment and give their opinions.
Pros & Cons could be of any category like in VAT, in drugs license issues, taxation issues, companies act issues etc....
