If you are talking about elective paper they are not going to release any practice manual nor a question bank but they are going to release a question bank for DT and IDT for new as well as old syllabus

Then the answer is no, as i recently got a clarification from ICAI saying that

"Since it is more or less comparable with old syllabus except few chapters you can go through the practice manuals and compilers issued by institute for earlier examinations "

Hi Friend, 

In the mid of january 2018 when i raised a query for DT and IDT Question Bank they said that they will be issuing the same by the end of Feb 2018, but today when i again raised a query to the same person she responded in a totally different way saying that

"Dear Student,The questions in the erstwhile Practice Manual have already been incorporated as illustrations and exercise questions in the Study Material itself.  Please read the announcement hosted at https://www.icai.org/post.H T M L?post_id=13959"

So, i think they will not be issuing any additional question Bank
