due to lack of space, we need to store our raw material at another nearby location with our job worker which has its own GSTin. is there any specific declaration we need to make or any specific process that needs to be followed?

You need to amend your registration and add additional place of business for storage of materials at any place other than your registered permission.
Since the place you are storing the material is already registered with your job worker better to demark specific area for your storage and get a rental agreement
