one of my client is owner of warehouse and he has made a joint agreement with MPWLC(mp warehousing and logistics corporation ) for warehousing of agricultural produce at a rate per metric ton .

This will be covered under storage snd warehousing service and will be exempted or covered under renting of immovable property and service tax to be charged
