Dear Sir
If we very our a/c stock as per physical stock so founded differences in some stock.
Now We matching stock (some are short and some are excess)
then what will be GST impacts on it?
Can we only match ?

For short stocks, you can show as loss of stock but need to reverse ITC of the same

For Short stock you have to reverse itc as per sec17(5)
