Stock transfer to firm

my client has 4 persons like proprietors. now all proprietors business stop and then start new partnership firm. 4 partners are capital introduced, now 1 partner individual business stock transfer to firm capital account? is its possible ?

Individual business stock can transfer to such individual is one of the partner in firm, stock can transfer to capital introduction?
