we are registered dealer in M.P recently we have established new shop in punjab ludhiana & we are applied for tin no. but tin no. no alloted to us we want to made stock transfer indore to Ludhiana against F form without tin no. of ludhiana can we do it.

No. It will be considered as purchases from unregistered dealer (URD purchase) in such case.
