If you buy stock as delivery basis ,  if u sell them in the same day , it will be treated as intraday or squared off transaction.

You can not sell shares until that is credited to ur account. Few DP parcipants like Kotak credit certain percentage of ur purchases as BSTNG stock next day, u can sell them. Example, You buy 50 shares of unitech today, next day you can see around 37 shares in ur demat account(If u have a online A/C). You can sell only these 37 shares.

Buying in BSE and Selling in NSE is not permitted. You have to pay full brokerage . If a share is quoting at 40 at NSE at 40.40 at BSE, if u buy at NSE and sell at BSE u have to pay delivery brokerage.
