The stock audit report format is generally not prescribed. However, you can include the following in the stock audit report

 

1. Stock as per books

2. Stock as per physical verification

3. Unit of Measurement (UOM)

4. Difference (1) - (2)

5. Reason for difference

6. Remarks (Generally by the client)
