Stipend received yearly

Since you've already completed your articleship, it's likely that your articleship will still be considered valid.

ICIAI may request stipend details to verify compliance with regulations. To address this:

1. Respond to ICIAI's query: Provide the requested stipend details, explaining the reason for the yearly payment due to your health issues.

2. Provide supporting documents: Submit relevant documents, such as: - Medical certificates or records - Principal's confirmation regarding the stipend payment arrangement

3. Seek guidance: 

If you’ve completed your articleship, it shouldn’t become invalid as long as you can provide the stipend details ICAI requested. Share the necessary documents and explain the situation regarding irregularity due to health reasons.
