Stipend is fix or attract deduction of leaves??

It is fix.......Principal cann't deduct as per CA Regulation.........

Principle can deduct, specially for limit crossed leave as per leave calculated under CA Act.

But,one thing we should remember if The Principal is paying extra/other then CA Regulation then he can deduct because it is for just your leberty not under rule but rule and regulation are not binding him to pay other then CA Regulation and that is not yours any aggrement it is only orally..........however, i attache below the CA Regulation for your better understanding............. 

U mean if he is paying minimum as per ICAI rules... then he cant deduct... but if he is paying 5K then he has right to deduct... am i right ???
