Hi frnds i hav a frnd who is doing his articleship.He asked me a question to which i had no answer so therefore i'm asking all of u.
The firm with which he is doing his articleship pays a stipend of Rs 2,500 to the another article as he is a senior by 1 year to him.
Now he asked that will there be any problem with him or that senior article later on his career as their stipend is not in accordance with C.A regulations 1988.
Please reply frnds he's very much tensed.

Can u tell me about Form 108 ?i know that it is the termination of articleship but when should i submit this form to the institute.
My articleship will end officialy on 30th june 2016.
