Hi frnds i hav a frnd who is doing his articleship.He asked me a question to which i had no answer so therefore i'm asking all of u.

The firm with which he is doing his articleship pays a stipend of Rs 2,500 to the another article as he is a senior by 1 year to him.

Now he asked that will there be any problem with him or that senior article later on his career as their stipend is not in accordance with C.A regulations 1988.

Please reply frnds he's very much tensed.

CA Regulations has specified minimum rates of monthly stipend payable. Rs. 2500 per month is more than the rates specified also for 3rd year of articleship. So, there would not be any problem for him or his senior article later on his career
