Can anybody tell me abt the Current Rule by ICAI, for Minimum Stipend payable in the Metro cities?

The Currently Stipend is
1000- 1st Year,
1250- 2nd Year,
1500-3rd Year
minimun stipend Rs.1000,1250,1500. for 1,2and 3 yr of articleship.
