Still not approved for change of Address

Is there any delay for approving change of address in GST Portal as my client was moved into new address.

The online request was done on 4th Nov ember for change of address but it was not updated by the officer.

So kindly update what can be done in case of not receiving the changes confirmation mail from GST Dept.
