Quick Summary
A private limited company cannot apply for strike-off using form STK-2 if it has pending ROC compliance dating back to 2016. While a company not conducting business can generally pursue strike-off without annual filings, recent schemes may restrict this. All outstanding ROC compliances must be addressed before the strike-off process can be initiated.
If company is not doing any business than it can go for strike off directly without annual filling but after cfss scheme bcoz this this scheme restricts the same.
