My friend(boy) is in deep problem...his father is c.a...and his enemy(boy)(during articleship they were friends and nw not) is doing articleship in his office even after completing articleship duration as that person says i will do practice in future...both are in c.a final....he is tensed that after completing c.a he will capture his clients by claiming them less money....suppose his father is charging 15000 from client...so his enemy will charge 10000 from that client and will capture his practice...or he is also tensed that he will do partnership with his dad and will capture his dad s practice...is it possible?
My friend is busy in studies ....and he has completed articleship period...so he is not going to office....now what to do?
