I have a doubt please clarify:
X is a retiring auditor of a company. X is disqualifed for reappointment. So at the next AGM Y is appointed in the place of X. Can the shareholders of the company appoint X as auditor of the Company after the retirement of Y furthure X is qualified for appointment?
