Nope...it will be done once in a FY to check the correctness of the Financial Statements.
it can be. conducting of audit voluntarily more than required by law is no harm. law only wants annual audit report. Sebi requires interim statements which are audited by stat auditor. consucting of audit activity can be concurrent too.
