Hi All, I would like to know weather the SHIS can be traded between two different industries.
Both the buyer and seller of SHIS are Status holder and Manufacturer.
Also would like to know the endorsement process of shis from seller to buyer.

"The Status Holders Incentive Scrip shall be with Actual User Condition and shall be used for imports of capital goods (as defined in FTP) relating to the sectors specified in Para 3.16.4
