An individual CA be a member of an CA firm (may be big4) who worked as statutory Auditor of particular company and the same person running another CA firm (In Partnership) and maintain books of accounts for the same company (in the name of Partnership farm) which audited by big4 CA firm where he also partner. Is any individual CA can do the both work in different name of orgnisation means statutory audit company & partnership farm???

The same is applicable for Private Limited company or it is applicable only for limited company.
No there are not possible for stat audit to take other responsibility in a audited comapy. He must be a free prson as per company law. Means he will not take any work from the company which affect his appointment.
