Starting a R&D business

hi Apart from the routine things of incorporation of company and getting various government approvals you can do the following things which will immensly help the R&D Company :- 1) Get it registered with Department of Scientific & Industrial Research to get the weighted deduction of R&D Expenses under I.Tax Act; 2) Get a Soft Loan from Technology Development Board for development of new technology / product.

Thank you vinod .. that seems useful information but can i just go a do this or will there be bureaucratic red tape thats usually the case ... ?

You need to make an application to DSIR / TDB. If your company fits into their norms I don't see any reason why you will not get it.
