Starting a company

Hello all,

I am a director of a private limited company dealing with manpower supply. The company has two other directors. Now I personally want to start another company (BPO) without the other two directors. Can I I want to be director of the group of companies? Do the other directors have any legal rights over the newly started company?

Dear Raja Ji, An individual can be a director 15 companies i.e. public limited companies and there is no imit for private limited company. So, if you start any other company with other directors, that will be separate from the exiting in which you are currently a director. And the directors of MANPOWER SUPLY COMPANY WILL NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT OVER THE NEW COMPANY to be incorporated by you in respect of BPO Company.

Agree with Mohit Sir,

Other director has no right over your new company.

And you need one more person to start your company.

Minimum 2 directors are required to start private limited company.
