I live in New Delhi, INDIA and have a strong desire to start my own export business. But I don't know where to start with and how to identify the products to be exported.

Please tell me:-

1) The prerequisites & initial capital required.
2) Legal and Tax formalities.
3) Ways to find the importers.
4) Shipment procedure.
5) or anything else which you want me to know.

as per para 2.8(iii), foreign trade policy 2009-2014 an exporter / importer who wanted to import / export are exempt from IEC code if they are import / export for personal use / agriculture purpose the goods.
