Start up

Hi,

I am going to start a company. I am confused which business entity should I choose like Sole Proprietorship, Partnership or Limited Liability Partnership. Definitely it will be a small scale and base on import of small item & sell it on e commerce site.

Apart of this I want to apply for tin number. In future if I change my town will it be transferable? Or can it be transfer to other person. Pls suggest.
