Be kya registration of firm?? Registration of firm is required if it is a partnership firm. Proprietorship firm is same like individual. Uska koi alag PAN card nahi banta. Proprietor ka hi PAN hora hai. To registration thodi hoga?? CA ban gaye PM padh ke par knowledge is like baba ka thullu. Name tu rakh de me suggest karta hu - Santosh baba thullu & Co.

Thank you so much for this type of unethical comments.Actually i know & aware about all procedure and complience regarding partnership & proprietorship but just want to confirm regarding Icai procedure like name aproval from Icai or any other matter.But i dont know that in this plateform people like Nirav,fraustrated by  Ca exam,senseless and behave like a labour class people are also located.I freely suggest u to please deactivate your account and concentrate on your study because there is no value of semi qualified Burger.

Second thing is that your answer is wrong I ask the question regarding CA firm but you  give answer for registration of Proprietory concern registration in Municipility.First u clear your final exam and u will also become aware that Partnership Ca firms areregistered under Icai with approval of Name not under the Partnership Act.OK.
