Simple, it is a way to promote her blog..!!! I have no qualms, provided it doesn't stuff users with too many irrelevant content. 

You will find many kind of these stuff, I only wish the students don't get deceived at the end of the day.

First of all, I am not posting something irrelevant here. I have posted these files long back here and other sites too and got many mails regarding it. So have posted it on a newly made blog where all can find files and updates at a place if they find it useful.

Secondly, one should always watch out their own business.
