Stamping of Company Share Certificates and Labour Law Compliance

Dear All,

I operate a company "Godamwale". This company is registered in Tamilnadu. I need to get my company issued share certificates to be stamped for funding purpose. Further, I need help for compliance with labour law. 

I hereby request available CS to help me to get above both works done. I will pay service charges as agreed.
