for the Incorporation of Comapny via fast track mode that is by FORM INC 29 can anyone Clarify:
INC 8 needs stamping and/or Notary?
Acceptance of Deposit Affidavit needed? if yes than does it needs stamping and/or notary?
None of the Directors are having DIN. the same will be applied for in form INC 29 in this case is DIR 2 needed? if yes than what to mention under DIN & does the DIR 2 needs stamping and/or notary?

In Mumbai ROC, INC-8 needs to be stamped (Rs 100) and notarised.
Declaration of Deposit does not need to be in the form of Affidavit. Declaration can be in normal format.
Atleast one Director require to have DIN and DSC, else you won't be able to file the Application.
Yes, DIR-2 is requried, becuase consent is requried as per Law. In the field of DIN, you can write 'Applied through INC-29'
