My company is hiring a Model for some photoshoot.
I want to know that in whose name the agreement stamp paper has to be purchased ie whether in Models name or in my Company's name?
And what should be the value of stamp paper?
Any help would be highly appreciable.

The company is required to get the stamp paper because the company will hire the model on certain terms and conditions. Here the company will present the conditions and the model will agree.
I think stamp paper of Rs. 100/- will do.
