I want to know what is the stamp duty to be paid on indemnity bond & affidavit in EES form under EES 2010.

I think it is different in different states.
In maharashtra it is Rs. 200/- on indemnity bond and Rs. 100/- on affidavit.

It is Rs. 10 for Affidavit of each Director and Rs. 100 for Indemnity Bond of each Director....
