I Have purchased 1 residential property in mumbai... i have paid stamp duty for the same .... but before registration of the said agreement ..... i have mispalce / lost the said agreement.........
will i get refund if i claim at supridentent of stamp....if yes how much ?
Refund should be claimed within six months from the date of purchase of Stamp. Refund is granted on spoiled paper, blank document or document executed but afterwards found to be unfit due to some mistake. An application ,should be made to Collector of Stamps, Mumbai.
