Please help. I have to get transfer of debenture in favour my self. The company who has issued the debenture registered with ROC Jaipur, Rajsthan. Can I use the form NO SH4 in word format and include additional row and column so that all the number of diferent debenture be incorporated. The rate of stamp duty paybale on that and where we can get the stamp. Can it be frankin in Delhi or required to be frankin in Rajasthan itself or stamp are required to be purchased from Rajasthan. Please urgent.
