1. Can any one provide me the copy of some notification which specifies that what the stamp duty on allotment of shares in Gurgaon is??
I know it is like 0.40 p per share certificate ....but need the source..
2. Can any one also provide notification for stamp duty on share transfer...is it applicable with the same rate throughout India or what??
