We are a newly incorporated Pvt Ltd company in Noida. We have to pay Stamp duty on on our initial subscripttion,
how to pay the stamp duty and where to pay?

Stamp duty is there but no subscripttion of shares. pls post real life examples. It is just not only knowledge forum
