kindly let me know whether there is any requirement to pay stamp duty on following document/deeds if yes then rate/amount of stamp duty.
1. Appointment of employee/appointment letter
2. contract between CA and client for combines services like audit, consultancy, TDS returns etc.
3. friendly loan
waiting for the views of the experts.
No stamp duty required for the above cases.
Certain employment may require that the terms of employment to be made on a stamp paper.
