Stamp duty neft returned to bank a/c

I made payment of stamp duty and MCA fee for formation of new company using NEFT, but a day later NEFT for stamp duty was returned to my bank account and mca fees were properly accepted.I once again tried to pay stamp duty but it was again returned.I am paying amount in correct bank account number and using correct SRN number.
Please help
