Stamp duty for loan

Loan is sanction on May 2019 all documentation and stamp duty paid in month of May 2019 but due some reasons the said loan was not disbursed at time of sanction. in month of August 2021 loan resanction in board meeting and disbursed but the bank is considered old stamp duty and documentation that all documentation and stamp duty is valid or not?
