is there any chance to decrease GST rate on Registration for purchase FLAT.

GST Rates are fixed by Govt so i think we cannot change it. In our hands is just purchase price of FLAT.

If Your flat got CC ( complecation certificate ) then it exempt supply... means no need to pay tax on it ... neighter 12 % gst you have to pay
