Stamp duty allotment of shares

Stamp Duty is paid on Issue of Share Certificate and not on 'Allotment of Shares'. Stamp Duty on Share Certificate shall be paid at a rate prevailing as per different states stamp acts

Can u plz guide me the procedure for payment of stamp duty on issue of share certificate ?

It depends on State to State. Some states have online method, some states have offline method. Some states have both.
