in purchase new constructed flat, stamp duty paid by builder , owner take claim as per income tax act

When the stamp duty & reg. charges of flat can be segregated from the total payments to builder, its possible; otherwise not.
stamp duty amt paid in down payment in sale deed builder write stamp duty paid by me ( builder)
So, purchaser cannot take its benefit!
