Hi Sir or Madam

Could some one please advise stamp(Rubber Stamp) and signature are mandatory on Purchase Invoice as per Income tax or as per GST act

Please advise

Not mandatory...
Bcoz, The format (Contains in Rubber Stamp) also in invoices...
